Looking for this music video from when I was a kid.?

When I was a kid, I used to see this music video. From 80′s, most probably its a Brezilian (or south American) song but all I remember is a tall little girl is dancing with this little boy in the video. Thats all I remember. I have been trying to find this video for the last couple years now but I can’t think of any other clues to describe.

Where were they dancing? Inside, outside? Anything else? What they were wearing?
