Do you speak portuguese ?

I’m brasilian girl and I’m learning to speak english. Would you like to go to Brazil? Would you like to learn to speak portuguese?
I’m learning to speak english at Fisk.
How’s the life in the United States? Do you believe that it is very different from life in Brazil? If I am to Los Angeles, it is possible that I can see the Hilary Duff or some other famous as Nick Jonas, in the street or driving?

I’m an american citizen. I love Brazil with all my heart, I learned portuguese and I look forward to live in Brazil in my future life and also marry a brazilian and have brazilian babies :0 i want to become abrazilian citizen.
I believe life in Brazil is way different than life in the U.S what I missed the most while Iw as in Brazil was the american security, In Brazil Iw as most of the time scared that something bad could happen. Still apart from that I loved it! :) Life in the U.S is way more restricted an has a lot of discipline. Americans are very careful, calmed and clean. They are responsible and are almost always on time. hehehe Still you would love it.
Life is very differenet in all aspects, though I found it very sad that brazilians are becoming extremelly americanized!!! globalization is way to strong!! :(
Be proud to life in such a wonderful country and alwaysbe proud of your verde amarelo blood.

As luck – Taylor v Ireland Underwood Katie Taylor in Barbados has qualified for the 60kg final of the World Women's Championship Boxing.

‘Plus-size’ models remain rare on the catwalks
So-called “plus-size” models are a growing presence on magazine covers, television and lingerie catalogues — but at the Fashion Weeks of New York and London they are still the exception.
The brazilian women are really beautiful?

Yes. Mostly. Camilla Belle is gorgeous. And others too. Haha. Their beauty is so unique and regal. :)

Brazil Economy

Brazil Economy

Brazil has the world’s ninth largest economy, with purchasing power parity at $1,836 trillion, as estimated in 2007. Brazil outweighs the economy of the other South American countries. Brazil is a member of many economic organizations: SACN, the Cairns Group and Mercosur. Its most important partners of trade are: the United States of America, Asia and South America. Brazil has the 70th freest economy in the world. In the year 2005, Brazil was enjoying low inflation and equilibrium externally and fiscally. In 2007, economic growth grew in a steady pace, reaching 5.4%.

The industrial sector in Brazil is the second most advanced in America. It produces computers, petrochemicals, automobiles, consumer durables and aircraft. Industry accounts for 35% of GDP. Brazil has researched the field of deep-water oil, extracting 73 per cent of its reserves. The technological sector is well developed and varied: aircraft, submarines, space research, etc. It is the first South American country to build an International Space Station.

In 2004, the agriculture sector produced more in favor of the total gross domestic product, increasing from 10.2% to 10.4%. Family agriculture is given special attention. Inhabitants of the rural areas are helped with programs of crediting, and research. The innovation is special credit for young farmers and women. Measures have been taken in order to balance the country’s economy. Tax systems and Social security have been reformed. At municipal, state and federal levels, the Executive Branches control public expenditure. Industry, trade and exports were encouraged through certain policies.

In spite of the fact that Brazil is a very powerful country in South America, from an industrial and economical point of view, it still has to deal with its level of poverty. Recent investigation shows that poverty affects 50% of the Brazilian population. Poverty dominates rural areas, which are inhabited by 20 per cent of the population. The largest concentration of poverty in Latin America is in the North-East of Brazil. There are four million farms in Brazil and most of them are very small.

The technological revolution and transformation caused people to remain unemployed and to migrate in search of jobs. Most farms remain in the care of women and children, as the men migrate to other regions of the country looking for seasonal labor. Many children are forced to work at early ages in order to make some money for their families. Efforts have been made in Brazil in order to considerably reduce poverty and the risk of HIV.

why can’t we, US Americans, relax about topless women like Europeans, Brazil, etc?

why does the USA make women’s breasts so taboo? do exposed breasts cause crimes or dement children’s brains?

its odd that other civil countries around the world don’t have problems with women going topless on beaches, in retail magazines, on normal tv, etc. but the USA is so uptight about women’s breasts.

IMO US men overly obsess about that fatty chest tissue on women because some US aristocratic nitwits made it so taboo. its just soft tissue and nipples people, made for nursing babies!

yes ppl have no problem with violence but anything that relates to sex gets ppl mad which i have always found strange and dumb. Ppl need to be way less stuffy about the female form!!
